Download Policy

eBooks purchased from Affirm The Word  that have not yet been downloaded are eligible for return within three (3) days of the purchase. eBooks that have been downloaded are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

At Affirm The Word, there are no returns needed if there is any issue with the quality of your item (i.e. missing pen, damaged binding, cover, and/or pages, etc.). Just let us know and will replace your items free of charge. You are the free to keep the old item or give it away.

However, if you are dissatisfied with an item or your order due to an error on our  part, or if the book is damaged in transit, or simply doesn’t arrive (that would be awful), you are eligible for a refund within 15 days. Just let us know and we'll take it from there.

Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged

You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs if your return is the result of an error on our  part, the book or item is damaged in transit, or the order doesn’t arrive. If you receive the incorrect book or if it arrives damaged, you’ll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must notify us within three (3) days of delivery and return your item within 30 days of the delivery date, in the same condition you received it.

Books returned ‘Not as described,’ are subject to a full refund less original shipping cost at our discretion. If we disagree, only the book price, less a 15% restocking fee will be refunded. Affirm The Word will not refund shrink wrapped books and products that have been opened, unless, there is an error or defect in the product received. 

Book Did Not Arrive

You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book hasn’t arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up until 30 days past.  

In cases where the book is returned to Affirm The word for any of the following reasons, the refund includes the book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

Buyer Does Not Want Item

Should you decided that you no longer want a book or product purchased for any reason, you must notify Affirm The Word within three (3) days of delivery to request a refund/return authorization. The book and/or product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, and all shrink wrapped products must be returned unopened.  You’ll be refunded the price of the book and/or product, plus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
